Storage: Store jewelry in a cool, dry place away from hard objects and other jewelry (avoid stacking).

Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth or baby wipe to clean polymer clay jewelry. For tougher stains, you can use a Q-tip or cotton round dipped in rubbing alcohol, but only on pieces without glitter, foil, or hand painting. 

Wearing: Avoid wearing polymer clay jewelry in the shower, while sleeping, or during activities that could damage it. 

Avoid chemicals: Keep polymer clay jewelry away from makeup, perfume, aerosol products, and harsh jewelry cleaners. 

Avoid bending: Polymer clay is flexible, but it can snap if intentionally bent. 

ORDER PROCESSING

All items are made to order. In stock items are processed within 10-14 days, excluding weekends and holidays.

SHIPPING

Free standard US shipping on all orders $75+.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, which usually takes, 2 - 4 business days anywhere within the USA. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order.  

Asha Mae is not responsible for any orders once they are confirmed to in transit or delivered. Lost packages must be disputed with carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds and cancellations are not issued for any reason. Policies take into effect once an order is placed. Asha Mae is not responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions. We are not responsible for any order cancelation or refunds due to failure to select the appropriate payment method.

Return policy is effective once order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled. We offer store credits or exchanges for items returned within 7 days of order delivery date. Items must be unworn and undamaged. Returns requests must be approved before item is returned. If item is no longer available, your store credit can be used to purchase any available item.

Please send your return requests to info@shopashamae.com within 7 days of order delivery date. A member of our team will review and process your request within 1-2 business days. 

If you received the wrong item or defective/damaged item (any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error), please contact us at info@shopashamae.com and include images of the damaged items. We will happily replace and cover all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
